4. Order Processing Time

Processing Schedule:

  • Orders placed Monday-Friday before 2 PM EST: Processed same business day
  • Orders placed after 2 PM EST: Processed next business day
  • Weekend orders: Processed on the following Monday
  • Holiday orders: May experience 1-2 day processing delays

Special Circumstances:

  • Custom or made-to-order items: 3-5 business days processing time

We will file a claim with the carrier and work to resolve the issue. Insured orders will be refunded or reshipped.
