Return policy

All purchases have a 100% satisfaction guarantee, allowing you to return your item for a full refund within 7-days. If you have a problem with your purchase, please reach out immediately for assistance or to arrange a return. Returns will not be accepted if items are damaged or altered in any way.
Please follow the established protocols upon returning an item:
  • If item has been modified (for example, resized), return will not be accepted.
  • Item will be inspected upon arrival to verify it is in its original condition. 
  • To return an item, insure it for its purchase value, pack it well to avoid damage, and provide tracking within three days of its arrival.

Shipping & Delivery

One a perchase is made, we will ship your order within 1 to2 business_days after payment. Cancellations are not accepted after 24 hours, since we start preparing your order immediately.
 
Shipping and delivery charges:
  • Items under $100 are shipped with Priority Mail, and the customer pays for shipping.
  • Items costing $101 to $300 will be sent via Priority Mail, complete with insurance and a signature necessary for safetyCustomer pays for shipping.
  • Items costing $300 or more will be sent via Priority Mail, complete with insurance and a signature necessary for safety, at no cost to the customer.
 
  • Most packages will be sent through USPS. But you may contact us if you have any special shipping requests. 
  • There may be slight delays around Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, and Christmas Day.
